Meal was made wrong, went back to have it made right…the manager made it themselves, incorrectly, and with the wrong condiments, and when i called them out on it they got snotty…so another sandwich in the garbage, congrats never again…yes that picture is a twister

I'm willing to bet $20 the employees here are not following sanitization measures. No gloves while preparing the food. I made an order last night from this location and today I'm feeling terrible, it's either food poison or covid.

July 3 2023 just before lunch went through the drive threw and ordered 10 pcs chicken. When we got home we discovered that they gave us 10 pcs of the worst chicken I've ever seen. The breading was wet and the chicken looked as if it had been sitting for hours. Plus they had a funny smell to them. Our cats love kfc and they wouldn't have anything to do with it. I am out around 32 dollars but they are out a regular customer plus ........

Not only did I wait 30min for chicken, (I was told 15 min) the chicken is soggy and not even coated properly. What happened to this place? There is no crispy chicken. I’ve never seen anything go so down hill. I would love to know who owns this place because some major revamping needs to happen. I also never write reviews about anything but just couldn’t help myself with this complete dumpster fire.

isn't KFC suppose to be fast food?Went through drive through gave my order at 5:15 for a 10piece combo 3 large sides and I was told it was going to be 15min and if that was ok , waited in line 10min paid my bill and was told to drive around front and wait they will bring out my food.Well I finally got my food at at 5:45 30 min later.Very poor service and the employee who brought my food out didn't care.Got my food home live 5 min awayfries and gravy were cold potato salad runny and quarter of an inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket which I received 9 pieces not 10.I took pictures and threw it all out as it was disgusting.What a waste of $40 dollars

Pathetic customer service. The lady taking order was confused and kept asking the manager to help, which herself was even more confused and didn’t knew the menu. They overcharged us and then we had to get that extra money refunded

The place is horrible. I ordered a 2 piece chicken combo with fries the chicken was too greasy 1 piece wasnt cooked enough they replace it with another piece and evem that wasnt cooked as well . the server who took my order shes was amazing and friendly . I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0 (zero) star. Don’t spend your money there. Street vendors foods are much tastier.HORRIBLE PLACE. Avoid at all costs.
