Best service ever. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

I am staying in Osoyoos for 3 months. I am staying in a hotel, and the tracking says that items were delivered. However, they were not.I phoned the local Canada Post office. Apparently, they don't actually deliver to local businesses such as hotels. Instead the local businesses have PO boxes. They told me I ought to know that (because I was born knowing it?) and that I'm lucky my parcels didn't get sent back. This made me a little angry and frustrated, and when I was clearly angry and frustrated, they hung up on me.The lady I spoke to was rude. She was unhelpful. I am not surprised that she works for the Canada Post corporation. She told me her supervisor instructed her to hang up on me.I have dealt with Canada Post in a business and personal way for decades. I'm not going to lie. They suck. However, this local branch? This is the worst of Canada Post that I have ever seen.I cannot imagine worse service. The word service is a joke in this regard.

Do not come here. Go to the Pharmasave that's a few doors down. I went to this Canada Post to mail an international document and had a horrible experience. The manager was harassing the worker who was trying to help me and being very rude to me. I walked in with a smile and left feeling abused. I feel so bad for the workers there who have to put up with such an environment. In addition, my letter was supposed to be mailed in 2 days and was 6 days late.

Ladies behind the counter get some flack for following policies. They are quite helpful, place is clean.. Just make sure you put your box number beside your name when you get your package shipped.

Two close to each other, lots of parking.

Everyone was really helpful and pleasant.
