I was driving north on the 412 towards Brooklin and as i approached the last off ramp before the 412 turns into the 407 a Direct Traffic Management truck had the off ramp closed. No signs had been posted on further back before the ramp on the 412 that indicated that the ramp was closed. I was forced to take the 407 and incur toll fees. I double backed after I got off the 407 to see what construction/maintenance was being done to the off ramp and there was absolutely not one single person working. Absolutely nothing was going on. It was 8:44pm and pitch black out.
