Lazy and unprofessional. They sat outside the apartment building sipping Tim Hortons and shooting the breeze all day when they’re supposed to be working. If you have an alarm test in a 70 unit building starting at 9am… you get it over with rather than going on break at 10am and being a nuisance to residents all day.
