Dr Bajwa is amazing as a doctor but the front desk staff are not friendly at all. They overbook appointments everyday so even if you have an appointment you will be waiting 20-30 to get in. They also say they have walk-ins but they don't have a walk in doctor so you could wait all day to not get in at all. It's if they can fit you in between appointments."While the doctors are good

I am so grateful that Dr. Raza is back in Calgary, and that my family and I have the opportunity to be his patients. We had a fantastic meet and greet with Dr. Raza and it was clear that he is thorough, he listens actively and he truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He is unlike any doctor that I have encountered in years. When I saw him today with digestive concerns, he took the time to listen, carefully assessed me, prescribed an RX to help, and referred me to an appropriate specialist to follow up. It’s clear that he is already quite busy, but he makes the time for his patients. I can tell already, Dr. Raza is a caring, patient, professional and knowledgeable GP. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else for my health care concerns.

Doctors are good but very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. One of the staff didnot even listen problem about my prescription renewal and disconnect my call while I was speaking. This clinic will loose patients because of such staff if they remained in there position.

Had a friend, leave a doctor here. His patient visit were good and the doctor was pretty good.But the administration staff is the reason his left; they email papers, that they want the patient to sign. But they sent it to a random person's email; and even when you contact them the change your email. It will never be saved; so they will send another person; your pal's appointment detials a day before each visit.Have you ever; sat in thier waiting room? Clean, but you will hear allot of personal information about other people and how annoying" they are and their name as well.I challenge you to contact your Pharmacy and see if this clinic has faxed over your prescription.Your Pharmacist will never receive the prescription from this clinic; they never receive his prescriptions"

Absolutely love Dr.Sam, his professionalism and personality. I have been seeing him for 2-3years since he was at Crossfield Family Doctors. Not the biggest fan of the reception staff but Linda was working today and she is amazing! So cute and it seems like she is being trained so best of luck to her!

By far the worst clinic I've ever been to. Rude receptionists, impossible to get appointments even for small things such as script renewals. After giving up on trying to schedule an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes after opening as a walk-in only to be told no one would see me despite the doctor being in and no patients being present.At my last visit I was prescribed the wrong medication by the student doctor after an examination, which was supposed to be overseen by the usual doctor. She never bothered to look, and I have since been trying to get an appointment to receive the correct medication.This clinic used to be great, but the quality of care has gone downhill fast in the past few months. Do yourself a favor and find another one.

Everything except Tabatha here is horrible. 0/10 stay away!Tabatha is a human phenomenon, I am so grateful for her! She goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and welcomed, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that patients know they're not alone in their struggles and she is so comforting and loving and kind. She's the kind of woman you just KNOW must be an awesome mother. She takes everything seriously, you can feel confident to share awkward, embarrassing, saddening, angering, ANY issue with her and she will NEVER judge you or make you think your problems are insignificant, unimportant, or that you're being dramatic. She truly is amazing.

I really like my doctor, but I wish he practiced at a different clinic. The reception staff is a barrier to this clinic. They have mixed up my appointment multiple times and do not acknowledge or apologize for their error. They seem unable to send a prescription to the pharmacy properly. If you have the option, choose another clinic. If not, double, triplecheck your appointment and take your prescriptions yourself instead of having them faxed.

I had the worst experience ever. Personally, I never had an issue with the front end staff. I have no idea what doctor I saw, as she did not introduce herself to me. She was rude, commenting on acne scars and other things that I never brought up. She did not listen to my concerns and was openly judging me for lifestyle choices and my personal preferences in medication. Do not go here.

Last week I was there and see within a reasonable time frame. The Doctor was pleasant. However the front end staff were extremely unprofessional. They were bad mouthing the doctors while there were other people in the waiting room. While I was waiting I could here them. It was not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend.
