Chipotle Mexican Grill
Chipotle is always a favorite dining place for me. We went first time to this location. It's near Westin hotel.Place was neat and clean. It has place for dining. Since it's in Byward market, other places are nearby like parliament Hill, Ottawa sign, etc.Chipotle food is always delicious as always for me. Must try.

Very good fast food restaurant, burrito style! I am a fan of the chain but it was my first visit in Ottawa. Like in most location the quality is good, food is fresh, and the quantities are variable... average this time. Quick and friendly service.Restaurant is located inside the Rideau Shopping Centre but also accessible from outside.

So disappointed with the recent decrease in portion sizes at your restaurant… Since the new management took over, I have noticed a significant decrease in the size of my burrito every time I visit. As a loyal customer, this is disheartening to see.I understand that there may be cost-cutting measures in place, but I believe that the quality and quantity of the food should not be compromised. It is frustrating to pay the same amount for a smaller meal. I am also disappointed that there is only one location nearby, or else I would consider going elsewhere.I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and consider adjusting your portion sizes to better meet the expectations of your customers.

The first time going here and while the burrito was mediocre. The restaurant is filthy…it was covered in pieces of food from the entrance to the dining room. And $17 for a mediocre burrito in one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve seen in the city. It’s actually concerning looks like there had been a food fight. Garbage and food pieces everywhere on the floor. The environment definitely needs improving. If you’re visiting Ottawa this isn’t the best place to get a burrito.

It gets busy often. This particular time I went, the lineup stretched around the entire room. I tried a chicken al pastor burrito. The portion size was rather small. All things considered, the burrito was quite good, I just think the serving size should be better at this price point

Long queue yet the service is quick. The ordering system reminds me very much of Subway restaurant but with Mexican good. The online menu is much easier to understand. I had a steak bowl, serving is huge, ingredients are fresh and taste good! ($12 before tax)

Best quick food at the mall. Located right by an entrance, easy to find. Not many seats but the food is worth it. Try the chicken Adobo. Fountain Lemonade was great.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Usually very crowded and you might not be able to find a place right away but by the window is where to sit for a great view while enjoying you food. Some items might also run out often, or at least is what I learned from my 3 visits, so I might have to wait for a couple of minutes. Overwise as always, one of the best mexican fast food places.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Staff is nice and friendly. They work incredibly rapidly and your food is handed to you within 5 mins. Although, they also speak super quickly so it's hard to understand them sometimes. The food is good and flavourful. Most importantly, very filling. For 10.50 plus tax, it is a reasonable price.
