Did everything they could to save my dog

Very nice and concerning staff.

Went to the clinic because my cat has asthma and didn’t had a vet in the area. They gave me an appointment pretty quickly.Prior the appointment, I took the time to send all the medical file of my cat to the clinic.At the appointment, the vet was kind, but he didn’t look her file before I came. He tried to read it during the appointment but wasn’t able to do so. He said that he would call me the following day after reading her medical file but never called me.Also, they charged me a consultation, but the vet didn’t do anything except giving me a prescription for her (that I already had from her previous vet). He didn’t check her weight, didn’t checked her ears or her eyes.Also, their price are above average.

I had a cat that had been my friend for 13 years and he had to be put down. I am new to the neighborhood and when I called they ask if I have a file with them I said no just moved to the nothing shore. And they said sorry we have no room

The best my little kitty was having a strange wound and yet they find it and heal it.

I hold them in my heart, the whole staff. They made a miserable part of my life more than bearable.
