I have bought and sold 3 times with Ted. I interviewed 8 other sales reps before deciding on Ted. He's knowledgeable, answers your questions with facts and provides you with real information. Let's you make the final decision without pressure. Negotiates well, and has all the necessary tools to get your house sold quickly. Great photographers, and communication on every step of the way from list to sell. I would definitely use Ted again and recommend him.

Absolutely the best experience with Ted and his team, simply amazing! Selling or buying your home can be stressful. Ted is a magician at putting your mind at ease by presenting facts about the market and guiding you through the entire process. Our home sold in a few days and I cant help but believe it was due to the professional pictures and staging provided. Not only is Ted extremely knowledgeable about the New Tecumseth and surrounding area, he is always available to answer any questions or help in any way. One hundred percent heart!
