Just love it there. They are so sweet and freindly. Cloths come out clean. They have great service and when you drop off it is done when they say.

I came here for the first time last weekend because my in suite washing and drying was overloaded that day. Came in here and the gentlemen working the front helped me lug my giant bag inside then gave me recommendations of washers to use. He let meStay inside and read my book and was also very nice to all the other patrons that came in.Aside from very good customer service the machines were in very good condition. I used two large machines which washed all my clothing and then a slightly smaller machine to wash my towels (really big almost beach towels)The pricing was fair and the experience was a calming and relaxing end to my week before I started back up at work on Tuesday morning.Thank you for the fresh clothes and the good vibes guys ❤️ When the snow settles down I’ll be back in there for sure!

Very nice people agree to that but very money motivated , I came in with a small light blanket and they pretty much made me use the largest most expensive machine they had ( literally could have fit 6 of my blankets in there ....

My wife and I have been doing our laundry here for 4 years now. The ownership has changed but the friendly service has been maintained. The machines are in excellent working order. Many times they have helped us with our unloading with only a friendly reminder to please be on time for your machine" and that was because the place was busy and other people are waiting for machines. Understanding the load capacity of each machine will help you avoid any unnecessary interaction from the ownership (Ginger S) but I have only witnessed professional direction from the owners.5 star service deserves a 5 star review! Thank you for keeping the business going through out the last few years."

Not the best Laundry Machines, it doesn’t even use water!!Don’t use their $5 or $7 machines which is in the back, the water didn’t even turned on, when asked those couple why so, they said ‘it is what it is’AVOID going to this place to save your clothed life!!

Came here after our washing machine at home broke down. I have never been yo a coin laundry to do my laundry. The woman here is so helpful. She showed me how to use the machines and gave me the change I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service, great machines single to quad loaders. Price is very reasonable. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. Everyone feels welcome.

Simple acts of kindnessDoing laundry on this rainy Sunday morning in Langley I had a little faith in humanity restored. Sitting outside of Kim’s Coin Laundry waiting on my clothes to dry I witness the sweetest yet simplest act of kindness between strangers. A very independent little old lady was on her way out the front door with her freshly laundered sheets in a tote she wheeled over from home. As she was leaving the proprietor of the business stopped her in her tracks. She said “we don’t want your fresh sheets getting wet!” And instructed her partner to fetch a dry cleaning bag from inside as the two ladies made small talk outside. The man returned from inside the laundromat with a plastic bag and they neatly tucked it over her sheets, then the man placed her purse inside of another bag and fastened it tightly to the rails of her cart. The little old dear thanked them and let them know that “you have the best machines and everything is so tidy.” After the heart melting sweetness, the great respect shown to an elderly woman by a couple of very kind business owners and some pleasantries, they parted ways and carried on with their days. Made me day just a little bit brighter.
