I met Annie 3 years ago while I was in Nelson for a week and I was stunned that she was able to fix a knee issue I had had for a couple years. Numerous people tried and failed, RMT, Physio, acupuncture… etc…. She felt around and in two quick 30 min appointments I was no longer having knee issues. I was amazed! Not only did she solve the issue she showed me how to get at it if it started causing problems again. I have not had that problem since.Fast forward a bit and I was dealing with a frozen shoulder and compromised mobility. As with my knee I had seen numerous massage therapists, Physio, acupuncturists and no one was able to get to the root of the issue. Slowly it just kept getting worse and 3 years later I essentially felt crippled. Now, post Covid Travel nightmares I finally convinced my husband to take a 1700km road trip from Winnipeg to Nelson so I could see Annie. My husband was concerned that we would go all that way and I’d be disappointed. I booked three 90min appointments 3 days in a row and I was cautiously optimistic.All this to say that Annie absolutely knows her stuff where others seem to flail around and are unable to get to the actual issue. I’m in my late 50’s and have been having massages for over 30 years. I have never met anyone as skilled as her. Add to this she is also super sweet and an all around lovely woman.Do what you like, see who you like, but know that if you have any kind of muscle issue that no one seems to be able to fix, it is well worth the drive from just about anywhere to see this incredibly skilled RMT. Not only will she fix the issue she will also help you make sure it doesn’t again come back.If I lived in Nelson I would be seeing her monthly but as it is I have to drive 1700+km so she can fix an issue. Next time hopefully a crazy pandemic won’t keep me suffering through ‘for the time being’. And Nelson is a beautiful place to visit as well… bonus!

Annie’s treatments are the best! She is super friendly and very professional. Annie has extensive knowledge of human anatomy and uses this to target the areas that need the most attention.
