Kids Physio Group - Hamilton
I took my 6 year old for an initial appointment today due to pain he’s been experiencing. I was absolutely blown away by how fun, thorough and informative the experience with Kara was. My son didn’t want to leave and is begging to return as soon as possible. Kara took the time to get to know my son, made all the assessments into fun little games or challenges for him and explained things to me thoroughly. I was recommend this place to anyone with questions or concerns about their child’s well being or development.

We wanted to write a quick note thanking Kids Physio (Hamilton), specifically Mallory and Emma. From the moment we arrived at the clinic, Mallory was so welcoming, making my daughter feel comfortable. And the space is fantastic, extremely clean, thoughtfully set up and a joy to be in.And our experience was capped off with the tremendous care Emma provided to our daughter. Her knowledge, work ethic, creativity and obvious love for her job made the 45 minutes every week something that our daughter looked forward to instead of dreaded. And the road map for the treatment and exercises she provided us were extremely helpful to make us feel confident continuing the treatment at home.We would 100% recommend Kids Physio and specifically Emma to anyone looking for some help for their little ones, you won’t regret it!

My son loved his time here. Sabrina was amazing in doing the assessments in a fun and creative way. She is flexible and understanding of our circumstances which was really nice. She took time to explain the areas of concern and answer my questions fully. Lucas is excited for his next appointment. To have this positive experience was worth the drive here.Thanks!

I took my almost 2 month old baby boy there last week for his first appointment and I could not be more happy with the service that we received. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly amazing with kids. Our physiotherapist, Kaitlyn Ross, was amazing. She was very gentle and kind while working with my son. She also put my mind at ease during the appointment and provided me with strategies and exercises to help him at home.I would highly recommend going to Kids Physio if you have a child in need of some treatment as they really do know how to work well with children. From my previous experiences at other places that dealt with patients of all ages, it cannot compare. It truly shows that choosing a place that specializes in treating children makes a world of difference.

Clean, modern facility with great equipment! We attended to improve function in my daughter's arm after she incurred a broken elbow over the summer. Sabrina was so lovely! She turned all the treatments into games and challenges. My daughter LOVED it! Highly recommend!Edit: we have now had the pleasure of also having Kara, and Callie. I don't think there is a physiotherapist at this place that isn't absolutely amazing! So grateful for this clinic

Every single time we go to Kids Physio, I'm blown away by their skilled staff. Our Physio is Eviana and she is a superstar. By our 2nd visit, she had figured our what motivates my daughter and has tailored her approach. The exercises she teaches are creative and challenging, but she makes them fun. Most importantly, they are working!! The place is sparkling clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Wish I had known about them earlier.I HIGHLY recommend them.

I'm so grateful to have found Kara at Kids Physio. Kara is kind and so patient with my 1 year old daughter. The fact that she is able to get my very strong willed child to participate at any capacity is amazing and speaks to her skill and experience. She goes above and beyond in every way each session to make it fun. She also makes sure I'm as informed as I can be as a parent about progress and exercises to do at home. I really can't say enough good things about Kara! We drive from out of town to see her and it's worth the drive there and back.I would recommend Kids Physio to anyone else looking for a PT.

Hands down the BEST experience ever! My 8 yo. daughter sprained her ankle and she was really upset about it. She was dreading any treatment and her experience with Emma in Ancaster was amazing. I cannot say enough, so professional, so clean, child friendly and open honest communication throughout. 5+ stars! Highly recommend!

Our experience with Emma was amazing. She took the time to listen to our concerns, spoke directly to my child and asking me for validation when needed. Emma also continued to ask for my child’s permission when it involved my child’s body. This is amazing as we teach our child boundaries and owning their body. We look forward to our next appointment and appreciate the level of care, support and professionalism with Emma and the rest of the staff we interacted with.

Kids Physio Group - Hamilton
This was only our first visit and Emma was very friendly & knowledgeable. She was great with my 8 year old son who was all over the place - wanting to check out all the cool toys and equipment they have. She spoke using words I could understand and she did the same while speaking to my son. The fun" was short during this visit but my son spoke for a good 20 minutes about the rock wall and the ladder/slide combo. I am looking forward to our next meeting."
