Wonderful director, teachers and environment for fostering independent learning and exploratory play in preschoolers. We’ve had 2 years of positive experiences at Nightingale and strongly feel that the teachers’ commitment to carving out one on one time with each child coupled with the creativity and energy they pour into the programming truly distinguish this preschool as one of the very best.

An absolutely fantastic preschool that we have been sending our children to for three years now (and are about to enter our fourth and final year). There is an excellent balance of structure to the sessions paired with various opportunities for free play. A range of arts and crafts projects, educational toys, storytelling and learning about the world takes place throughout the year. The Director, Tronie, and her dedicated long-serving staff provide a warm and welcoming learning environment and community that cares for and respects each individual student, inspiring and challenging them in different ways, which includes an excellent reading programme for older students. Graduating students are very well prepared for entering and thriving in Kindergarten having enjoyed the Preschool and Junior Kindergarten that Nightingale has to offer. I would highly recommend this school.

I couldn’t be happier to have my son at Nightingale. My child has grown and learned so much this past year. He is excited about school and genuinely curious about the world around him. Tronie, Heidi and Carla have been wonderful, passionate and caring educators.

We've been at Nightingale for 2 years. The teachers are amazing. My son never wants to come home from school, as he enjoys it so much. They have been able to redirect his high energy, and communicate really well with me about how things are going throughout the year. I love their curriculum and how thoroughly they document my kids progress. Highly recommend!

Nightingale is a truly magical place. I wish I could have gone here when I was little! Tronie, Carla and Heidi are wonderful with the children, completely invested they go above and beyond to create a beautiful learning environment. I could not recommend them more. Nightingale has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents.

Both our kids have attended Nightingale over the past three years and they both loved it. The director and teachers are incredibly creative when designing the themes for the students, not to mention warm, friendly and caring. I have never seen more elaborates murals created from one story - just phenomenal! And the transformation of the imagination/dress-up area is second to none. From magic carpet rides learning about different places and cultures around the world to reading programs for the older children, Nightingale goes above and beyond to make preschool an experience they will remember.

I think it's important that a child care provider be honest, especially because they are dealing with your very precious child. If you agree to pay someone for renovation work then you should pay for said work, not avoid the company for over a year!! I'd want someone with a better moral compass watching my child.

Nightingale is wonderful. Their dedication to their students is amazing. At the end of the year, we got this book full of photos and anecdotes of our son’s experience and were just blown away by how much effort they put in. Tronie visited each child’s home before they started the school year and made them feel so special. My favorite set-up for the pretend play area had an ice rink with actual handmade skates and snow and a hot chocolate stand with money - and they change the area all the time. My eldest LOVED it there and we cannot wait for our littlest to go too.

Tronie, Heidi, and Carla have been amazing teachers to our son who recently graduated from Nightingale. They are attentive and excellent with communicating progress and/or any concerns. I have noticed that they put a lot of care into their program and most impressively, they compile a very detailed report that parents get to take home at the end of the year. Many parents, myself included, are extremely impressed with the level of detail shown in documenting our children's progress in learning. Highly recommend this school and its teachers to anyone in our community.
