I recently bought a plethora of product from the Brick in Collingwood. I purchased a Sofa, Dining Table and Chairs, Bedroom Dresser Drawer and Pillows. I dealt with Greg from sales who was very professional and the products were of high quality and reasonable price. Rosa from administration and the Delivery guys were sensational. I will return.

I went to The Brick in collingwood. Montana and Alex did amazing with myself and my boyfriend. We got a new queen size bed and a Sony tv. We recently had a house fire and they made us feel comfortable and helped us with selection and payment options.Thank you so much Montana and Alex for your compassion and understanding. You customer service is exceptional.

We had a large couch and chair moved into our basement last week. Thank goodness that Derek and his helper knew what they were doing. He took many measurements of the couch and the walls so it could be accomplished. It was so tight and not one wall or floor were scratched. Tara Lee DeRuiter Sales Manager definition of 5 star professional service. The owner runs a top ship and the entire team helped deal with a very big task at hand. I was happy and satisfied with everything, she handled any issues promptly. She treated us like family so kind and passionate. I felt comfortable she took her time did not rush or pressure me or other customers. She gave wonderful suggestions and made everything perfect. I've been here several times over the past few years. I don't even live in the area but it's a great store. I've bought several items here over during this time including a mattress, and a bed set. Today I was helped by Clarke, and he did a wonderful job helping me furnish my small 1 bedroom apartment. Clarke was attentive and pleasant. And he ensured I received the proper credit that was to be applied to my order by quickly consulting his supervisor. I really appreciate the great service I received and have received at this location over the years. Thanks again, Clarke! I'll be back!
