Worse place to ever get hearing aids!! There is never a technician in to fix anything and they have the worse products for sale. I will never buy from here again!

I was just laughed at by an associate after I kindly made her aware that my grandmother, who've I've recieved correspondence with passed away in 2017. She then passed the phone to another associate who didn't even apologize. Insanely unprofessional. As if there isn't enough grief surrounding the situation.

A very welcoming, knowledgeable family run business. Through the hearing test straight to the consultation, I felt more learned about my hearing deficiency. Total Hearing Centre is run by Christine & husband. Located at the Stanley Park Mall in Kitchener.

I highly recommend this Clinic. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable. This husband-and-wife team work very well together and they are both knowledgeable and thorough in their explanation of your diagnosis. The receptionist was highly unprofessional, did not care for a costumer she talked to.The phone rang, interrupted the conversation, picked it up the phone and talked about 5 minutes, ignoring me.After that I walked out. They never called me back even... very ignorant receptionist.
