Their new policy on being late leads to an immediate rejection to your appointment. There was no one at the reception that was able to help my girlfriend and she waited (which lead to her being late"). We had an appointment for the checkup and first vaccinations of our baby

Very unorganized clinic! If you have other options of which clinic to go to do not come here. My friend had an appointment and when we got there 20mins ahead of time and they didn’t have her appointment in they’re system!! Sooooo not professional! I would not suggest to anyone to go here.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been at. If you’re a little bit late they treat you like a dog they are so rude and they all look miserable. Not only the clinic is not noticeable but they have no empathy for you. Would not recommend to nobody.

If you're five minutes late, they cancel your appointment and charge you to reschedule. If they are four or more hours late (3:20pm appointment and they don't call you to see the doctor until 7:30pm), and you leave after a couple hours and need to reschedule then you get charged fees. Don't go here unless you've got nothing else to do with your day.

Gave birth to 3 of my kids through this Clinic. The Doctors who follows you through the Pregnancy is the one that is there during labor. Which is AMAZING. Compare to some hospitals.

Tried to book an appointment over the phone and did not work until I decided to go in person. They have an intercom system and the lady answering on the 21st of September 2022 - 2pm is rude and not willing to help. Their line is closed and asking for guidance and she has the nerve to say it’s your phone and those with phones that are working are getting through to us. But yet I’m outside. Come and verify and not shut me out. Your job is to provide service so do it willingly. This is not my first Time at this clinic. Utter Rubbish!

Called to book an appointment with Dr Groleau and the secretary was extremely rude. She shouldn’t even be working there. No empathy . She certainly lacks customer service skills.

I called the clinic and talked to a secretary regarding a vasectomy. She told me that it was covered by the RAMQ and that I needed to schedule an appointment on their website. I created an account, but I never received the confirmation by Email. I called back and the only think she could say was that I really needed to create an account in order to schedule an appointment". I tried a least 3-4 times with different emails but I never received the confirmation. Since I'm here
