Bromwich+Smith

I found Bromwich+Smith on Google after months of looking into consumer proposals and finally decided to schedule an appointment, which I didn't even have to wait 24 hours for. I spoke with Eugene on Monday, who is a super nice man and very helpful, he made sure that I understood the steps that I was taking and answered any questions I had, and was able to set me up with an appointment to file my proposal the next day (Tuesday). I met with Peter and Brian on Tuesday morning, who helped make sure I knew how the process went and had answers to all of my questions and walked me through all of the documents. I was so anxious going into this, because it's intimidating to have to do, especially at 22, but all three of the people I spoke with were amazing, kind and easy to talk to :) I'm definitely glad that I chose Bromwich+Smith, I don't think I could've found a better group of people to help me through this process

Will and Adam were amazing. Give the process some time but if you're contacted by a creditor give them Bromwich and Smith's contact info and your case number or they WILL continue to debit your account resulting in more NSF fees regardless. This'll only make your recovery more difficult. Trust me. Other than that I'm really glad I got their help. Rather then naively thinking I should just wait to get a loan big enough to pay off all my debts, I stopped the interest and fees. This allowed me to take a break and take some steps forward.
