I had a great experience working with Value Wood Floors. Their customer service is top notch - which is why I chose them over competition. They had a great selection of samples in their store and patiently answered all my questions. When I ordered the product- it arrived promptly and I was able to store it at their warehouse before I could pick it up. I am very happy with the floors I purchased from them.

We recently had our floors done and had a fantastic experience with Gordon at Value Wood Floors. We had the 7 3/4” white oak Nautilus installed throughout our home. From the beginning, Gordon was very patient and thorough, answering all our questions. I changed my mind on the wood and Gordon was very accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We used Value Wood Floors in 2017 for hardwood floors on our main level. We were so impressed with the product and the service that we used them again this year when we wanted to match our old hardwood floors with the floors that we had installed in 2017. I love my new floors! Andrew and his team made this so easy for me from the moment I started looking at samples. Yes, the prices and materials are competitive and very nice. But the reason to go with Value Wood Floors is workmanship and professionalism. The crew stuck to a schedule and were pleasant to have in our home. What I especially appreciate is how cleanly they work for what is quite a messy job. My family of 6 was able to live comfortably in the house while the new floor was installed. Dust and mess was kept to a minimum, everything was cleaned up at the end of each day to keep our home safe and clean. And the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you! Highly recommend.

A great place to get your quality floors. Nice showroom. Michael was great to help us choose the floor we were looking for. He was straightforward and honest. They also helped us when we got short and needed to order more. Very happy with the results in our home!

Gordon was very pleasant the first time I entered the showroom . He was patient and listened to everything I said in order to make sure I get the right product and finish I was looking for. Gordon at Value Wood Floors is a top notch specialist! Not only did Gordon work with me on design he was most informative on all the products this location provides. We purchased 2500 sq ft of PurParket white oak (Cinder) and 1000 sq ft of Grandeur vinyl floor (not pictured) along with custom stair nosings for both. Gordon kept us up to date on shipments and saved our butts when we needed a few more hundred sq feet due to our contractors miscalculation. He made every step of the process reliable and stress free. Gordon is a standup person all round! Our biggest thanks!

Great service, lovely calm showroom. No hard sell, same prices as everywhere else. We love the Portguese Cork floating floor in our new garden suite! Happy to shop local too
