I have hired Mahmood Owners of the business service, and he agreed to do the job for the amount we agreed upon. On good faith i have paid her $2000 cash, and he started with primer, then he asked for 2000 more for the same scope and mentioned he hasn't thought about caulking ( promised to use Benjamín more and used cheaper paint Sherwin Williams).I stopped the job and asked for another painter to finish it, and he promised to return $645 from deposit and pick his ladder.Again he started not answering the phone and mentioned he has done more than $2000.I asked around, apparently that is what he does all the time (in whistler he has done the same thing (asked for more after start).Last conversation he started insulting me and hangup. Not man enough to stay on his word.Your call if you want to deal with this crook. Ask around before hiring such a lowlife.
