What a nice shop in Coq. The manager was fantastic,Reasonable charge,best knowledge,fast service.Recommendable shop.

The owner of smile's is a true scam artist. It does not matter whether you are Korean or not. He will try to take as much money from you(especially those who don't have auto mechanic knowledge). I highly recommend everyone to stop doing business with this man. He is not an honest man and people should be aware.

Very kind and no over charging. I always come here and my friends suggest me only here among tons of auto service in this area.

Worst experience I never had. The most insensitive and insincere customer service. He cheats me of my money saying that he “tried” but it’s a bigger problem. I took my car to another auto body shop and said this is a no brainer problem. This doesn’t require “trying” it’s just a no-fix problem - and he should have just told me to not waste my money and scrap the car. He said any honest mechanic would have been able to tell me that. I’m a student. And I lost half of my tuition money.... please please save yourself the misery and go next door. They have a better reputation. Never go here. There’s plenty of honest mechanics out there. Don’t waste your time and money.

I got my Honda Accord engine leak repaired here. The owner mechanic was very professional and friendly. He didn't overcharge and offered several options for repairs. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the problem in detail. He is responsible and conscientious. I strongly recommend this auto repair shop.

A great place to get your vehicle maintained at a fair price as well as a very kind, reliable owner. His prices are very reasonable and he always goes above and beyond with his services. I have gotten my automotive needs done from here for the past 5 years, and to put it lightly, this place is the one.

dishonest, I trusted the mechanic for about 2 years as he was very nice. but I realized that he ripped me off so much after I visited other mechanic. way too expensive.

I visited the shop for the first time. He inspected my car well and explained the issues of the car from the customer's propectives. I would totally recommend this place!

The owner was able to figure out within minutes what caused the break problem with my 98' Civic. He explained to me the cause in detail and presented to me all options and respective costs. He was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. No problem since then.A couple months later, he replaced the break pads for my RDX at an extremely favourable price based on my experience. He also fixed the radiator guard that I had ripped by driving over an object for free!I strongly recommend this place, especially to Koreans around the area!
