Much better experience than the other higher rated shops in the area. Got help with what to get and how to get set up for the first time. Everything was displayed much nicer and classier than others that felt like a convenience store. Large selection. Depending on who is working you might not get a proper recommendation.

I bought my favorite cigar here and it was awful. It’s a New Wave Connecticut from E.P.C. Cigar Co. the cigar was dry, the characteristic flavor and aroma were gone. I bet is they don’t have the cigars under the right conditions (humidity & temperature)

If you’re into quality cigars, I think it’s a great place-especially for purchasing a gift for cigar smokers, I am not into cigars but they sell decent grabba!

The tobacconist's is sadly quite messy and disorganized, making it visually unpleasant. The salt on the wound was when I was inquiring about a better aged cigar from the stock, and whilst he had the same one from an older box, he was offering it to sell me for$15 more than the one on display. Because it was sealed. This kind of chicanery and malpractice, along with the fact that I wasn't allowed to select or handle a cigar personally, adds to the reason why a seasoned gentleman that understands this hobby and industry shouldn't bother walking in there.

First time customer here, new to cigars. I wandered in today to grab some cigars to celebrate a friend coming home, and I know very little about cigars. The store was packed with tonnes of products from consumer level to high end, and the atmosphere in the store is perfect. The customer service was great: I left with everything I was looking for, and even though I knew nothing about cigars the whole experience was very approachable. Trust got built on the first visit, so this is now my go to place that I'll recommend to anyone.
