What makes Ingram a better mortgage team over anyone else?? Customer service, they were looking for the best mortgage rate for me and my needs, even if that meant I would be re-signing with my original financial institution. Very hard to find businesses today that put the customer first.

Both Mark and Jacklyn have been wonderful to work with. The are always very quick to reply to any questions and always there to explain things in a way that can be understood. They pride themselves on the importance of family and it shows when they talk to you. I was hesitant about moving from a bank to a mortgage company but I’m glad I switched over to the Ingram team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
