I took the package C option with Amy and it was a great experience throughout the whole the process. It was very well organized and well thought out. I could see how each exercise and test were useful with advancing us towards the end goal of finding me career options that were interesting and achievable. The report that Amy creates is an amazing document that takes the different career options you are interested in and compiles them into one place that makes them easy to compare.

I would highly recommend anyone considering Lloyd Counselling in any shape or form. I was lucky enough to spend some time with Nadja on a Career Exploration package. Not only was she insanely helpful throughout the experience, but she went above and beyond. Nadja is a super kind, helpful and is always reachable and accommodating. I enjoy a successful career (self employed) but had some concerns about expansion and work/life balance. I invested in Package B. The interests, values, personality testing and interpretation with Amy gave me insight and clarity to move forward with confidence. I've had mixed experiences with counsellors, but the discussions with Amy were a pleasure. I would also consider her for personal counselling given how we went into my background and life experiences for this, too. Everything was done by video call and it was a smooth process.

I signed up for a mini package with Nadja Graham in the fall. I felt after many years in the same field, I needed a change yet owed it to myself to do some exploration of my aptitudes and interests. I feel this should be done by everyone. One does not realize how many biases build up over time and Nadja's process really took me back to the basics.I long had a sense that I was not exactly fulfilled by my profession, my work with Nadja uncovered why that was and over the course of our work, ( a few weeks) and gave me a solid game plan about where to look for a better fit.The process with Nadja has been a truly life changing experience. In addition to the testing and resources provided, Nadja's warm and supportive execution of the process, immediately allowed me to dig down and uncover the restrictive ways with which I formerly viewed my possible career paths. In short she supported me to free myself from my narrow view of myself and embrace a version of myself that is able to move towards a truer vocation, where I can feel that I am using my strengths to a fuller potential.I have literally recommended Nadja and this process to everyone I know, whether it be high school students deciding what path to take, or anyone who is looking to shift into something more meaningful. Unlike traditional therapy" which could go on for years. I feel this is a very quick process
