We bought our home 2 years ago and I am sure the siding had never been cleaned (15 yrs). Alex came, explained what he was going to do and I could hardly believe just how great it looked when he was done! Would definitely recommend!! Wish I had taken photos.

It has been several years since our house was last washed but Alex was able to get it thoroughly cleaned. He was reliable and congenial in his communication and his work. Alex did a great job washing off years of mildew from my siding. He was thorough, and mindful of things around the property (furniture). I have landscaping work also booked for this summer and I anticipate the same quality and attention to detail that I’ve already experienced.

We first hired Alex and his team, via Facebook, to wash our house, this was carried out last summer and we cam home from work to a sparkling clean house, care was taken around the property including furniture and other outside areas. Communication was great, though we never met in person.We further hired Alex and his team to completely replace our front lawn areas, not knowing he had previously washed our house. He gave us a quote and a very detailed explanation of the work involved, his team turned up and over the next couple of days turned a weed patch into a lush lawn, including putting down a mountain of top soil, Alex explaining this was the basis of a strong lawn, the service included a regimented watering regime so the sod bedded in over the next month. The results were outstanding and the lawn has sprung to life again after the winter.We engaged Alex again to prepare an area at the rear of the property for the installation of a hot tub, again he gave a detailed breakdown and explanation of the work involved, and provided a quote. We now trust that Alex accurately quotes for the work involved and he made sure that we fit the work in prior to delivery of the hot tub despite having other commitments elsewhere.The finished drained and paved area looks fantastic. Alex, in our opinion is friendly and courteous and goes above and beyond what is required in the effort to give customer satisfaction and produce a great end product.We will use Alex and his team in the future and highly recommend his services in his area of expertise

We had our house power washed by Alex and we are extremely happy with the results. He did an excellent job and explained what was involved and what he would be doing. I would highly recommend Alex and his company if you are looking to have your home power washed.

We had Perfected Property clean the outside of our house recently, and I have to say that we are extremely happy with our experience with Perfected Property, and its owner, Alex. Alex was easy to work with and extremely professional. The house was in rough shape and now looks like a new home again! We will be calling on this local Nova Scotian business again.
