A couple of months ago, I went to Halifax for the first time . I stopped by this FUJIYAMA restaurant in downtown Halifax and I had an amazing experience. The restaurant atmosphere is super cozy. The owner and staff are very friendly and hospitable. Most importantly, FOOD is super delicious! A+

FUJIYAMA RESTAURANT - ALL YOU CAN EAT
Wonderful little place!! Really really good sushi, excellent service and efficient and friendly service. We had a really cozy semi private room where we were seated and were looked after very well by our waiter and hostess. By far one of the best sushi places in Halifax and a must visit if you're visiting.Also very well priced !

My wife and I recently had lunch at Fujiyama Restaurant, and we were delighted by the delicious Vietnamese cuisine it offered. The menu featured iconic dishes such as phở, bún bò Huế, and bánh mì, all authentically capturing the flavors of Vietnam. A standout feature was the availability of Vietnamese-style phin coffee, which added an extra touch of authenticity.Despite its small size, Fujiyama Restaurant exuded a cozy and sophisticated ambiance. The intimate setting made for a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. A cozy restaurant to enjoy great sushi! I’ve eaten here for a few times and sushi is always fresh and delicious. It takes sometime for the food to be served but totally worth it. The owner even gave us a small snack while waiting.

6 of us had such a great experience here! The service was so patient and kind and their Vietnamese iced coffee and spicy salmon roll are my FAVOURITE. They gave us a free treat! They’ve been my favourite sushi place for so long. We got the love boat for two and the spicy beef noodles. Beautiful!

I've eaten here a few times both dine ins and takeouts. The food was delicious and fresh, especially the makis I kept coming back for those. Everything is wrapped inside a small, cozy place with friendly staff and efficient service! You will be welcomed with warthm, feels like home! Highly recommended.
