Update: 6 months later still no rock and no refund.My husband and I went here to pick out a rock to have sandblasted as a Christmas gift for his parents. We selected the rock and then I went back a couple of days later to pay and finalize the details. I spoke to Don who told me the rock would be done on November 30th. I was there and paid November 22nd. I was unable to go in the 30th and instead showed up on December 2nd. My rock was still in the same place, hadn’t moved and Don wasn’t there. The person who did speak to me, told me it would be ready at the beginning of the week and that they would deliver it to my house and that Don would be in touch at the beginning of the week. Wednesday came and I messaged them to see what was happening, no reply. I stopped in on December 9th and no one came to talk to me. I messaged again on Monday December 12th and still no reply. I guess they are perfectly happy to take your money and not complete the promised work. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!

Lots of parking. Easy to locate in Norland. Friends recommended the Chicken Parmigiano and it was delicious. Quick service. Safety protocols in place. We ate outside just before dusk and it was lovely.

Spent 3k on a steps Don said he would come back to finish. The step is supposed to be stone flamed in order to have a finished looking set of steps. At this s point my interlock cannot be finished, and the one step just looks saw cut. His trailer he delivered is still sitting in front nt of my house and I have asked him to move numerous times, yet it still sits it front of my house.I am beyond words for this poor & unprofessional service.

We have been waiting over 5 months for the delivery of our stones - which have been paid for in full. I would NOT recommend Fire City to anyone. Each time we call about our stones we get an excuse as to why they can not be delivered. It is ridiculous.

Lisa was very friendly and helped us find the perfect stone for a memorial garden we are building. Once we told her what we were looking for she knew the exact stone for us. Huge selection of beautiful stone. Give yourself lots of time to explore and let your imagination run wild.

Be sure to get a receipt and don't rely on delivery! 12 months, and many phone calls, still no rocks. Getting my deposit back took another 4 months.

I popped by here to see if they had any stone I could use for my fish tank and wow! What a variety. Super helpful gentlemen helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and at a great price. Thank you!As for the review below. Are you really basing your review of a landscaping company on a couple flags? If you're going to leave such a nasty review..the least you could do is mention why you were so unhappy. I suggest you find a hobby instead of trolling, and by the sounds of it, this place is lucky they wont have to deal with someone like you as a customer.
