Really gong to miss Dr Park when he retires. Had been a patient for past 20 years. If you can find other options please stay away from this office (Safa medical Langley).The reception staff are VERY rude, condescending and unprofessional in every way.

Love Dr Rauynyar and Dr Park and Deb . But good luck getting thru to actually make an appt . We have tried for 3 days and still can’t get thru . What happened to the great reception at Thunderbird Medical?? The current MOAs are rude , condescending unprofessional and that’s only if you can actually get thru and we ended having to to go to a walk in clinic ! What’s the point of having a Family dr ??Please fix this

I had tried calling few times since our GP moved to Safa clinic. Every time I get someone on the phone who helps with the appointment I was trying to arrange. Our GP, Dr Park has been our family Dr for the past 23/24 years and he is wonderful. I hope people who write reviews consider that how challenging it is to run a clinic with such short staffing level since Covid has changed the dynamic of health care.

My Doctor is great. Hard to go and see or even talk to doctor these days without waiting for days. My biggest reason for the 1 star is their reception. I didn't get the name of the lady but she is abosolutley terrible. Super rude, doesn't listen or even try to comprehend what one is saying or trying to explain. Just terrible customer service. I will get her name and post it here next time. If it wasn't so difficult to find a GP these days I would leave this office and find another. Terrible. Send her to some courses on active listening and courtesy.

Seven hours straight!!! Trying to call for an appointment. Call, listen to the “we’re sorry”” loop until they hang up on you. Immediately I call back again. Seven hours! And still I did not get through. Their phone system needs a SERIOUS over haul. Never did I have any trouble getting through or making an appointment when it was Thunderbird Family Practice- what happened???

I've been a patient of Dr Park for a long time. This office was great when they were at Thunderbird. You could call and very often get a same day appointment and a staff that was very pleasant. Now that they've moved, you can't even get through on the phone. The same message loop plays until it tells you to call back and then you go through the same process. We're getting a lot of calls at the moment" can hardly apply at 10:00 p.m. It's just so frustrating and from the other reviews

My doctor is great- I have no complains about her treatment or service. That being said, the MOAs are terrible! They have the worst attitude. They treat you like you're an inconvenience and they let you know how much they hate their job. (Some of them have rolled their eyes or sighed loudly when asked a question.) They are rude and do not complete their work. On multiple occasions they have forgotten to send in my or my family members prescriptions to the pharmacy. When we call them to ask about the prescription they make you stay on hold for at least 20-30 minutes before someone answers. With so many MOAs and receptionist on the floor your would think they would be able to manage the phone calls! This patient service needs to be fixed. Whoever manages this office needs to sit with their staff and remind them why they are there. If you have no care or patience for the sick please find a new job! I understand some patients are difficult but it's a job you signed up for.

I’m still on the phone waiting for an MLA as they call their staff. So far, 40 minutes waiting for an MLA to answer.The messages they give you add at least a minute to the 5 minute increments that they restrict you to before they cut off your call. I’m currently getting to the end of my 7th6 minute wait on line. Oops just got cuff again, Now in my 8th 6 minute on wait increment.Pathetic. !!!!

Wish it wasn't so hard to find a doctor taking new clients. Neither the Doctor or Office staff ever seem to follow up. Then you call and sit on hold for 15-20 minutes just to get the front desk. Avoid
