This branch closes by 6:30 PM. But it's closed when I got here 3:30 PM.. Customer dissatisfaction. Very irresponsible.. Should've updated their store hours.

I bet Canada is one of the worst countries regarding mailing services. The employees were rude, careless and super inefficient. I spent 30min waiting to pick up my package (I was asked who called me and their phone number for whatever reason) even though I was told on the phone that all I needed to show was my government issue ID. I didn’t have anyone ahead of me though, it was just the super slow service. After I got my 10kg package, I was having trouble holding it, and I wanted a paper cutter to open it up, the lady was like “ No, I just need you to take it out, you have to take it out!” I nearly stumbled when I Carried all my packages and was trying to open the door to leave, she went giggling ing “there u go”

Just been there. It actually closed at 4:00PM on Sunday instead of listed online as 6:30PM.

I went to ship package to USA on jan 11-21 at 11:00 am. Lady told me she doesn't know how to fill custom form. She was very rude.She told me to do it my self,when i asked her for help she said I don't know. Even though she was totally free there was no customer other than me. I ended up coming back.Staff should be trained how to do their job.If she doesn't wanna work she should quit.

I’ve been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. 2 workers but only one actually working. The 2nd worker is standing behind her talking to her and just chatting doing nothing. Also the manager could be a little nicer especially around the holidays, doesn’t even say hello or anything.
