Charged $200 for a full synthetic oil change on my VW. I understand that the oil is expensive, but they left a pool of oil on my valve cover and and large spill where the filter was removed. Drove off and the cabin of my car was filled with the smell of burning oil. If you’re going to charge these prices, don’t do sloppy work. They also told me my coolant was low and tried to sell me some even though it’s exactly at the level it should be. Had to waste my time going back to have them clean up their mess and didn’t even get an apology.

Not as good a the guys on Colburn.Did not check my lights or turn signals. (*The receipt said they did... how? I dunno.*)Suggested I use full synthetic, when I've been using semi-synthetic for the last 4 oil changes.Yes, my air filter was dirty. Thank you for informing me.

My wife wasn't even asked which oil she wanted. Of course they reached for the $130 synthetic oil. Take your business else where, rather than dealing with these crooks.

Overpriced and force every option on you. Went for a simple oil change on a 16,000 km car. 85 dollars for the most basic oil change, forced new filters on me on a brand new car which i found out after the work was done was 60 bucks for a cab filter and 50 for an air filter. Neither was even necessary on a brand new car. 220 bucks when all said and done for one simple oil change. i should have been more confrontational.

I’ve taken my SUV to this Jiffy Lube location for 6 years for oil changes and always been satisfied with the service, transparency and their professionalism. My husband booked a transmission flush a week prior for our family SUV at 9am, and when I arrived they looked confused while seeming to have no record of it. Finally they found someone who knew what was happening and informed me it would be an hour. When I returned, the service hadn’t even begun and the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. Never again will I return due to their extremely poor customer service and disorganization.

I came to this place a month ago. They did a good job. Apparently the place says no appointments needed ever. Unless you come on their lunch break because the whole shop closes down. I couldn’t get an oil change on a Saturday unless I waited another 45 minutes. If I was manager I would have my staff take turns for lunch so you wouldn’t have to turn away costumers.Thanks for wasting my time today. I won’t be returning ever.

Good place to come for a 20 minute oil change. The waiting room once in a blue moon has coffee. The services performed are good. I caution customers..there is an agressiveness to upsell additional services. Engine filters ok to do...cabin filters are important but a great deal of the fluid flushing is not necessary...just a moneymaker for them. In my past life I was a GM dealer service advisor.

This place simply does not inspire confidence. Tuesday was my final visit here. Markups on filters and fluids are outrageous.Find a good independent mechanic and put food on his table instead of funding this chains corporate greed.
