On Time Flight taxi service

Great service, great driver. Was stuck in Moncton trying to catch a flight in Halifax. Quoted and paid online. driver came right over. Astro was a really friendly guy. If your ever in need of a drive look no further! If I'm ever stuck again in the Maritimes this is who I will call. Thank you again Astro

So I can't actually rate the service since they didn't bother to show up or answer calls on the morning of my confrimed booking. I made sure to confirm my booking via WhatsApp prior to the trip. Having an early flight is stressful enough but when you pre-book a taxi and they don't show, it just adds to the stress. Just don't bother w this company, I'm sure there are much better options. TERRIBLE!I will provide the WhatsApp messages between the company and me if anyone wants to see them. Many messages where they apologized for not bothering to show upCompany is now claiming it wasn't them but I have the screenshots.

Very disonest, rude, and impolite. I made booking 3 days before my flight, and just a few hours before the pick-up time, they forced me to pay extra $CD280 or they would cancel the trip. This is blackmailing, and after that, they came late and shouted at my partner.Update, March 10, 2023This reply from the business admitted that they recod customer calls that contain personal information and voice characters without informing the customers.It is not only dishonest but also illegal.

I booked with them, I was quoted a price that was $2 more expensive than their website, and when the driver arrived, he asked for another $5. The driver (from another cab company) showed me the text message and they quoted the driver one price, and quoted me another. Not a big deal but not a very honest way to do business. I texted them and didn't hear back. Again, the $5 wasn't even worth my time to text them and wait for a reply, but it's the dishonesty. Other than that, it was like any other airport taxi service.

I gave the address the the day before and paid in advance as requested.At 3am on the pick up day, the driver decides to pull a fast one saying he was owed $40 for the ride, stating that they thought the address was in another area… not my fault. Driver says “no worries, our fault”.Then proceeds to harass my partner who is about to go to the airport for a month long rotation, is extremely rude, and makes his morning that much more stressful.Very disappointed in the business aspect - you had the address, we shouldn’t have to pay $40 extra because of their mistake, otherwise we would have found a cheaper rate and went with that company.Drivers name was: Astro.You shouldn’t be harassing people at 3am on a very stressful morning when the mistake was the taxi drivers fault.Will not be using this company again.***update***This driver actually read this review and published this reply WHILE DRIVING.My partner also said this driver was driving over the median rumble strips and the side rumble strips WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY!

We hired On time flight services for a transfert from Halifax airport to downtown. We are a family of 6, so the 2 cars were on time and as expected.I thank Astro for the quality of service, punctuality, and professionalism.Their prices are also competitive.I will definitely use their services next time.
