We had new roofing installed. Very impressed with organization, timing and roofing team.Our quote was timely and very informative.Very impressed with roofing team regarding pleasantness, quickness and great job in cleanup.Office personnel were cheerful and very helpful.

I dealt with Mike Salverda from AM Group and was treated with respect from the start. Mike was fantastic to deal with, responded quickly to any questions I had, and was completely open when last minute changes came up. The roofing crew I dealt with were on time, polite, and professional. The work was first rate and done on schedule. AM even upgraded one of my skylights for no extra charge when they didn’t have the one I ordered. The roofing crew did an incredible job and the roof stands out in the neighbour hood. Incidentally we had a major fall storm about a month after the roof went on and our roof was one of the few in the neighbourhood that didn’t loose any shingles in the 100 km/hr winds. Without a doubt I will call Mike again if I require any additional work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right the first time and to a high standard.

From start to finish this company was wonderful! They came out and presented me with all my options and help me figure out the best solution for my budget and needs. The crew that did the work was great! They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves! Eveything about this experience was seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about using their services.

Recently moved into a house and the roof was still under warranty (previous owner left all documentation). The roof was leaking directly into the microwave and I called to schedule AM to come take a look and the lady on the phone was very nice and mentioned she would make a work order and someone would be in touch for scheduling. Well that original call was done 4 Monday's ago and no one ever reached out. I went up on the roof myself to take a look and it looks like when they put down the shingles they did not seal the vent at all for the microwave. My complaint is not about workmanship but about the lack of urgency or care on their end to even call back to about the warranty coverage they offer.

We booked a roof repair, and then had to wait six months for it to be completed. The wait itself wasn't a problem, it was the utter lack of communication. No one EVER reached out to us - we had to call four times to see what the situation was. I understand vacations, being busy, and other circumstances, but someone needs to keep in touch with customers - especially since we had paid a deposit.When they finally came to do the job, someone just randomly showed up with a dumpster to drop in the driveway - no one let us know it was coming. The dumpster contractor said this is not an unusual experience for customers of AM. When the roofer showed up, didn't engage with us, just went up and did the job and then left. These are not a problems in themselves (I literally could not care less) but just keeping in the theme of poor communication.We found roofing nails in the driveway for weeks after the job. Seems they were left on the roof and then flushed down the gutters with the rain. To the driveway.. you know, where we park our cars on their rubber tires? Other roof companies I've dealt with in the past have used magnets to pick up all nails and other metal pieces from jobs. Didn't observe that with AM.Sorry, I would not recommend AM to anyone. Not sure why you're sending out referral cards and trying to build more business when you can't handle the jobs you have.

I recently had AM Roofing Solutions replace the asphalt shingles over our kitchen extension. From our first meeting to the final cleanup and inspections, all went very smoothly. I had four separate jobs that I needed to complete and this company did a magnificent job. From sales, quoting, the professionals that came to perform the work, the jobs where done completely perfect.I had two dormer’s removed and shingles applied to the areas and it was done great and on schedule. The gentle that performed the job was very friendly and helpful in finding a workable solution. Outstanding!Secondly, two different professionals came to take out an old exterior door and put a new one in its place. The worked performed was again done with perfection and attention to detail. Very happy with them and the work done.Thirdly, I had decorative moulding put around the garage doors and the professionals knew exactly what I was looking for and worked with me to get that perfect touch that I was thinking of. Simply did a great job in helping me make my ideas a reality.Finally, I had cedar shakes put onto my garage face and the professionals that came knew exactly what they were doing and the garage not only matches the rest of the house but, the job was done with outstanding results. A dedicated group of professionals that what your home to be done right!Did I forget to mention how wonderful each person was and professional in my dealing with them?Simply, a fantastic company and a group of professionals that where friendly and helpful.Definitely would recommend these folks!Thank you to all the guys that did the work on my house, you all are fantastic at your related trades. Called them about getting a roof on my stairway landing fixed, told it was minimum $650. I had to give them 150.00 on my credit card which would be taken off . They came and said I needed a new roof(which I don't) so I said no. They put the 150.00 charge on my card and now refuse to take it off. They wanted the big job not the small one. I would not use this company.

Super company, I've used them on my house and my mom's house, small issue with install but Jeff came, the production manager came and solved it within 24 hours. I've had bad experiences before with cheap" contractors and was very cautious hiring anyone. AM Roofing earned my trust and I am very happy that I did"

Once we made the initial call to Gina (Owen Sound) for a repair on our rental house, she had one of the employees visit the site and do the repairs quickly and efficiently. We would recommend AM Roofing and it’s staff for any new installations and/or repairs. Thanks for the great service!
