Christian was amazing. When I reached out about a potential issue in my house from a past tenant, he called me on his day off, walked me through all scenarios, and then offered me a very timely schedule to fix the situation. He is very responsive and transparent with his work, and clearly knows exactly what he is talking about.The whole experience was so professional--I was warned that exterminators can have a reputation for overcharging and exaggerating, but I verified all the information that Christian shared with me and I believe that I was given a very accurate assessment and the services were charged at a fair rate. If you are a first timer with exterminators (like me), I felt very informed during the whole process and would trust him for any future services as well.

We regularly reach out to Trutech for solar panel cleaning and pest control. They are always very responsive to calls and emails, as well very punctual and on time once everything was confirmed and in place. We will always and continue to use Trutech for our demanding needs!

We had contacted Trutech for getting squirrels out of our attic. Christian was so friendly and professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He did a great job of showing and teaching us where the issues were and what needed to be done, and was patient and kind with all questions I had.Also - no more squirrels in the roof!I would absolutely recommend these guys, they're great!

Had pigeons roosting under my new solar panels. The gravity of this was not properly explained when I bought them but when I contacted Trutrch we had a good chat about the situation and how to deal with it permanently. Should definitely be installed when the panels are first purchased to prevent this in the first place. Trutech did a great job with the install.

Very professional service! Christian built bird solar panel exclusion last fall before snowing, it was very in time for me to prevent birds building nests under my solar panel. We called TruTech Pest Control after discovering a small bird had made a hole in the siding of our house. Christian was very knowledgeable about the various bird species, and clearly cares to treat them in a non-harmful way. Fortunately for us, there was no nest, so the fix was quick and easy! Christian did a great job of treating the area for potential bird mites and for patching up the hole so no other birds can penetrate the siding. I highly recommend using TruTech Pest Control!

Christian did a great job explaining how the installed bird mitigation wire mesh will prevent birds from using the underside of the solar panels for cover and nesting. Everything is looking good so far.

We have a peaked roof and plagued with pigeon droppings on our back deck for many years. Christian was knowledgeable and responsive. It’s been several weeks and no pigeons, we couldn’t be happier! Thanks Christian!

I would definitely recommend using Trutech; we had ant issues in our yard and patio area. Christian took the time to educate us on the products he uses and why. Good news, ants are gone.
