We had a mechanical issue and had our truck towed here. They were 10 minutes from closing on a Saturday. A mechanic came out and went above and beyond to help us. He stayed until our truck was good to go. My husband said his name was Tony, I say Steve. Thank you sooo much. We made it home safe and sound to Victoria.

Bought a factory-new 2017 with a new (2016) Superior Trailers that have lost tens AND more tens of thousands of dollars in it's first 6 months with us. We continually have to drive it over to Kelowna or Kamloops shops (we're in Princeton BC and it takes us 2 hours each way and doesn't include lost income in our trying to have it there on the Friday afternoon and drive back AGAIN on the Sunday so it could possibly get a 2 week work-week). We've been told that they 'can't reproduce the problem' or there's been no fix done on our issues which required repeated 'visits'. Not that they haven't resolved many of the problems - over the last 16 months - but we still have transmission, etc, and frame(?) and billing issues. The only warranty we didn't buy was Income Replacement, much to our regret ? Our frustration with this vehicle and the seller is worth sharing our pain, so others may not experience the same.

My favorite shop in town. Used to bring my own rigs, now I use them for a fleet. Good communication and service.

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY....I Wouldn't bring a peddle bike there.. they break components and charge you for them, have no parts stocked, and they milk the simplest fix to charge you extra. Their wash bay doesn't produce any soap except the foam brush.

Just left the Parts department and was made feel like a million bucks even though I was just shopping for a small item. Jamie had amazing customer service and knew exactly what I needed from my non technical description. Thanks Jamie you represent well.

Dear WS staff big rigs and trailers are tough to clean just a suggestion to make it even better try adding a semi style fire hose for spraying down the trucks.It's amazing for getting the dirt off trailers and trucks prior to an actual soap wash n rinse.Other than that plus side is they got the ladder to get up high on top of the roof.

Worst service in Kelowna my RV has been waiting for over 7 mths for them to fix an antifreeze leak that the charged me 600$ to fix and it ran out of antifreeze 100 miles down the road on my way to Yuma I have tried getting them to fix the problem and the service manager keeps giving me lip service and never picks my coach up from my rv shop in Kelowna totally frustrated out 600$ plus another 600$ for a temp fix on the road and 10 gallons of antifreeze not sure what yo do next as the service manager has never returned one phone call to me ever and I have dropped into the shop numerous times to talk to him and he keeps promising to fix the problem gor me but never does a thing

5 stars Patrick in parts is a very good man helped me rge best he could to repair my truck at 8 o'clock at night when I was not able to service department took me in first thing in the morning thank you very much guys
