Bath Fitter Saskatoon

Luke and Ron showed up at our house at 9:10 am to remove and replace with a new bathtub. They were courteous and very efficient. What we thought would take at least two days to complete the process took these two gentlemen 8 hours. We’re very pleased with the finished product.would definitely refer Luke and Ron for your installation needs.

I would like to share my story about Bathfitter in the hopes that it will discourage any more homeowners from trusting this company in their home.My tub surround needed replacement warranty work for cracks in the corner and silicone patched screw holes, which were from the original install and were peeling off.I arranged for someone to be at my home for the install appointment because I work full time, and could not be home during the day. The first installer called me to verify the placement of the shower curtain rod (which was installed in the wrong place originally a few years ago). When I cam home after work, I was in complete disbelief! There were stains on my carpet in the bedroom leading to the ensuite bathroom, I had scratches in the finish of my sink, and the rod was in the wrong place again! The new surround was not straight (it varied by ½” from side to side), the silicone work was extremely messy, especially at the joints and where the surround met the floor. My worst discovery was finding a huge open gap between the surround and the wall along the back. I could fit my hand in the gap and reach down against raw drywall. This is a huge water and moisture concern, as there was nothing preventing water from going into this gap and causing mold/moisture damage as it falls to the floor and pools. I contacted Bathfitter and they arranged to have a different installer come out to reinstall a surround and fix the deficiencies.Again, I arranged to have someone to be at my house for the second install. Unfortunately, this experience was not much better. Upon looking at the new surround, it was visually noticeable that the surround was not straight. The left hand side tilted upwards, and there was a difference of ½” between the door jam to the surround from the floor up. The right hand side of the surround had been jammed in very tight against a cabinet beside the surround. The molding on the cabinet had so much pressure against it that it shifted over and damaged the seams. There was now an unsightly gob of silicone where the surround molding ran into the cabinet. There is also an exposed edge between the surround and the bathtub. The seam around the tub had some silicone, however it was not consistent and I can feel the sharp edge of the surround.To summarize, after three attempts to install a surround, and many appointments to ‘fix’ the numerous deficiencies and errors, I was left with a product that has done permanent damage to my bathroom, is uneven and messy and concerns that install errors could cause moisture issues in the future. I do not have confidence in this product or the quality of the installation. What else is wrong that I have not yet discovered? This has been the worst experience I have ever had with anyone who has done work in my home. I have to look at this catastrophe (surround, cabinet and sink) everyday, and it is a constant reminder that I will share my story with as many people as possible in the hopes that I can prevent other homeowners from hiring Bathfitter to do anything in their home.

We have a walk in shower from bath fitter and we are not the owners that put the shower in, we are the second owners, the situation is , is that the shower handle is broken and bath fitter said that they won't be able to replace it even though they say it is a life time warranty even though we got the door put back on the roller one time and no problems, but bath fitters says that the life time warranty is not transferable. THEY DON'T TELL YOU TELL, so you basically have to put the shower in and life in the home forever to get any warrantee, awful service

We got our bathroom done in November and it went fantastic. Our salesman Guy was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We knew everything we needed to prior to signing our contract. Our installer was also great and the bathroom looks amazing.

Just had our bathroom remodeled. They did a good job and it looks much better. They lose two stars however because the handrail we have in the shower was reinstalled at the wrong angle and at least a foot and a half lower than it was originally. It was used for support when standing in the shower but is so low now it’s useless.

Luke arrived early and worked all day making our dated tub and surround beautiful! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! We highly recommend Luke and Bathfitters!

I’m not a bath fitter customer previous home owners installed it. Whoever installed the tub cover caulked the tub surround to the sub floor (poorly) on top of the glue down vinyl glue. Then proceeded not to glue the vinyl back down around the tub from what I can tell, or if they did so used improper methods to do it as it wasn’t water tight. Most likely less then a year after installation I’m stuck replacing the moldy flooring and rotten sub floor parts. I think this may be one of those be careful what you wish for type of deals. Tub is relatively clean and easy to clean for that two stars.

We live in Nipawin. Luke the installer- I think was his name, was very personable, funny, very good at his job and even brought his own tunes. U can tell he likes his job. He did very good work and turned our nightmarish tub/shower into a work of bath fitting art. We don't have to be embarrassed of it anymore. For us it cost quite a lot, but is worth every penny. It would be hard to find a fault. Lisa was understanding, listened, then presented what she thought we needed. The whole process was so easy. The installers were early and ready to start. We had just painted and put in flooring and the guys were super careful. Matt and Jordan worked non stop, and the quality of their work is reflected in the finished product, we love it. Before leaving they went over everything with us, left it spotless, and answered all our question. Great job, great results.

i’m extremely happy with our new tub/shower from bath fitter :) the installers did a great job! it looks amazing. and who doesn’t love lifetime warranty!?! thanks to chantelle at the front desk was helpful with the quotes and decision making and prompt responses back.would definitely recommend to our friends and family!!
