We are completely happy with the service we get from Kelsey. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to buy hot tub maintenance products from him, and call on him for any issues that may arise.

I was out of town when my cover was torn off by high winds breaking the hydraulic lift arm for the cover. My neighbor put it back on and weighed it down with tool boxes etc. Called mister Hot Tub to replace the cover clips on a call out and the owner came to look at it as my neighbor watched. He looked inside the tub put the weights back on top and charged me $350.00 saying the cover needed to be replaced but had actually done nothing. His offer to replace the cover was over $1500 so I called World of Spas and they did it for $800. Buyer be ware and call around. P.S. please note he will also tell you all the other hot tub dealers don't know what they are selling or how to care for them. I found his chemical products were also high priced.

Kelsey has always been awesome to our family from the day we bought our hot tub from him 10 years ago. And then again last week right before the cold snap our heater pump died. He was at our house within 12hrs and had it fixed quickly. A+ would highly recommend.

I first visited here when I was struggling with the water chemistry of my hot tub, which I bought elsewhere. The place where I got it was very unhelpful in trying to help me fix my water problems. It was as though they were just sales people rather then people interested in really fixing water chemistry problems.. In fact, their directions would have led to me damaging my hot tub without very expensive repairs being needed. Kelsey educated me on how to properly maintain good water chemistry. Not only that, I am now using much less chemicals and extending the time it takes before needing to drain refill my hot tub significantly. He is fantastic at answering all of my many questions and explaining not just the what" of them but also the "why" and "how" of them. He tells it like it is and that is very refreshing coming from this business. I will be buying version 2.0 hot tub from him once I am ready to upgrade. Wow! I just had the most pleasant and instructive tutorial I've ever attended. I was in Mister Hot Tub for help with my murky water issues earlier today and did I ever luck out. Kelsey, the owner, patiently spent well over half an hour explaining the fine points of water testing and treatment. He was knowledgeable and generous with his information. It`s been a very long time since I`ve encountered such friendly attention and help. This man knows his stuff and shares his knowledge in terms I could actually understand and retain. Bought my Hydropool from here about four years ago and am absolutely impressed and satisfied with my purchase. I looked at other places but found that Kelsey educated me first instead of just trying to make a sale. His knowledge on the water chemistry aspect is second to none which has helped me immensely over the last while, especially in the beginning when I didn't know what I was doing. Highly recommend Kelsey and Mister Hot Tub to anyone thinking about purchasing a hot tub.

Worst person we have ever dealt with. Had to Fire Kalsey 1/4 of the way through his Dirty Handy work. Kelsey wanted all money up front, we made mistake and paid in good faith. Kelsey took tub apart and never came back to finish not in less we gave him more money! We gave Kelsey $3000.00 even charged us for the water to fill back up the tub up front. we called this guy to Fix the Tub.Now Kelsey has told us that it was our fault the tub broke down. ??? well maybe? but we don't care ! we just called to get it fixed .worst thing that he said was that he was Happy that my girlfriend's Husband comided Suiside last year, that had nothing to do with getting the tub repaired. You are No class act Kelsey. He was throwing anything he could to make himself look like he knows what he doing. You are a Tormented man.
