Now I admit I didn't lease my vehicle from here but the Service department at Peterborough Kia went above and beyond when my car broke down. The dealership where I purchased the vehicle left me on the side of the road so to speak and told me my issue was not their problem.I'm so grateful for this team, I definitely will be making my next purchase through them once my lease is up.

Hands down the BEST dealership I’ve ever stepped foot in! They are so friendly and kind here. I did an oil change on my vehicle and couldn’t find the oil filter that fits, tried 2 different ones. I came here, got the one that is supposed to fit and it doesn’t seem too. They are now putting my vehicle up on the hoist to figure it out, free of charge! AMAZINGGGGG customer service here!FYI Nick at the parts desk is awesome!

Peterborough Kia… especially Joe Doran and Tim you both went above and beyond. Not only did you help me find my car, but when my rental had to go back two and a half weeks ago you told me to come borrow one of your vehicles. The absolute best customer service ever!! This beaut arrived Tuesday and I drove her home today. She’s so fancy!!Great place to deal with! Excellent customer care and service!

I live in Oshawa and I called them as I was looking for kia Forte 2023. Luckily I got it from them in 4 days . Tim and Jim are really nice they did all the work for me over the phone and delivered the car what they promised.Thanks Tim and Jim.Definitely recommend to my friends who ever looking for KIA.

I went to this Dealership for help looking to purchase a vehicle, and the sales person, which was suppose to help me instead ignored me and would rather be on the phone, I wait for over 10 minutes and I left! I went some where else and purchase a beautiful car. Too bad for them cause they lost on a big sale!

I live in Toronto and this dealership is quite far from me, so by coincidence I decided to order a car here, a 2023 KIA Sportage. They told me I would have to wait 6 months to get the car. But they delivered the car to me after only 2 months, they brought the car from their place to Toronto for me. I am extremely surprised and happy about this. They are amazing, if you need to buy a KIA car, come here. Highly recommend

I can only speak to their service department at this point and they are most important honest. I had gone to Durham Kia where I had purchased my Soul since I bought it until I moved to Peterborough. When I called for my 3 month oil change, they said you only need to come every 6 months, Durham Kia had me coming every 3. The last time I went to Durham Kia for my last free" oil change they quoted me almost $1000 worth of service needed

Passing through town had a flat tire and called many tire shops in Peterborough who all were too busy, but Kia Service center was able to fit me in and repair my flat that day, explaining everything they were doing and charges thoroughly. I could see most customers were regulars and very happy with the honest quick service, if I lived in Peterborough they would be my go to service center! Thanks for saving me today!

I want to share my experience with the Kia Peterborough. I met one of the worst person there. He wasted my time. When I checked price on Black-book from their site, they give me different price and then they call me and I got appointment to show my car there for evaluation. I went there and met their one of the manager. He told me price way below then market and even black book without checking and seeing my car. So they try to make people fool and wasting others time by doing so. If they don’t want to trade or buy car, what they are wasting others time?? Worst people there to meet and work with.
