I had no problem booking an appointment. The staff were very welcoming and made getting my first tattoo a breeze. The equipment and rooms were clean too! I would recommend this place to other people.

Cash only, but all over the place when it comes to handling their float. They will except etransfer from time to time. Friendly staff (Morgan is great). Small space but generally clean and not overly crowded. Very limited selection of body jewelery. Front entrance is not wheel chair accessible. Few parking spots are provided for free of charge. Staff is knowledgeable in their specific duties. Fair pricing but not much available for discounts or bundles on multiple piercings ect. They are the only legal/legit business within owen sound who pierces ears with a needle though instead of a gun"

I went to Zaps a little over a year to get a small tattoo on my arm, at the time of this tattoo all that was needed was to clean up a job previously done by one of the artists, I paid $70. The tattoo wasn’t fully done or line work filled in properly; and looked worse after the fact. I have over the year had flare ups of itchy fits and severe scarring from this session, I am now having even more severe pain, itching fits, and such bad scarring and bubbling of the tattoo that I will be seeing my family doctor to see what can be done to fix this persistent issue of allergic reactions. Never have I had an problems will any of my previous tattoos done by other tattoo parlours. Honestly would NOT recommend this place for any sort of service as I even had a bad go with getting piercings done; research your tattoo and piercing parlours people because this place not a place you want to go too!!!!!

The people that help me today where very very nice and patient with me as I it was my first piercing they're happy to answer any questions you have whether you think they are stupid or not they will not Make you feel it is dumb question very chill and calm which makes all the difference for some people

Yeah … I really WAna be nice, the girl is super cute and just trying to learn and super chill, the owner on the other hand ahah, go else where if you want classy high end ink, sadly this is not the establishment for you, great piercings tho ahah

Had my nose pierced here yesterday, and my navel years ago and the place is clean and the staff were helpful and professional. The piercer had good technique which made it quick and almost painless. Would have liked more jewelry options (titanium, gold etc) , and I forgot they only take cash so I had to hit the bank and go back. I would recommend.

No good. I made an appointment months in advance and put deposit down. When I showed up for my appointment they couldn’t do it because they filled the time slot. Then they didn’t wanna give me my deposit back. Would not recommend
