Had a wonderful brunch at SAUG.E! Their selection of Benedict’s and other brunch staples were wonderful! The daikon bacon was especially tasty on the BLT and their “egg” was wonderful!The staff were great as well and accommodated our lack of French very well!

The 5 course vegan seafood meal was delicious! Chai latte was amazing, fresh cinnamon with oat milk! Well done chefs and owners. Continue the good work!Definitely will be back.

This is one my favorite vegan restaurants anywhere, ever. It's almost a weekend ritual at this point.The management and staff are great. The location is cozy and comfortable, with a homey feel (it's basically in a house).Coffee and drinks are top notch. And the food is some of the best vegan brunch we've had. We've tried almost everything on the menu at this point; you can stick to healthier options or let loose on amazing chicken waffles or breakfast poutine. They don't always have Pogos / corn dogs but if they do, get them.

The food was delicious and extremely inventive. However it was very heavy/fat/salty which upset my stomach. No regrets though.

Went with the intention of having brunch but did not have a reservation. We were greeted as if we were unwelcome. Very rude looks from the hostess. What a pity.

Really good restaurant! Finally a vegan restaurant in Sherbrooke!!When we first came here not long after their launch, it was good, but not excellent. We came today almost a year later and they really improved and it was really great. We'll return for sure!

Edit 2023: Great vegan brunch place that has options for everyone. Omnivores and vegans will love this place. Options for soy-free and gluten-free eaters as well. I had the chickn and pancakes and it was absolutely delicious. The chai latte was very good as well. They offer soy milk or oat milk. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The only downside is although the staff is lovely, they did forget a coffee order and one person's soup. The ambiance is also quite loud because of the coffee machine, but the seating is cute and comfortable.//New vegan brunch restaurant downtown sherbrooke. Sweet and savoury breakfast items. They are still changing the menu with new item. Everything on the apple compote waffle was delicious, except the butter cream, but that might be just me. My sister and boyfriend each had the assiète complète" and everything was good. Slightly too salty and oily for us. I would still recommend you give it a try. The ambiance and style is gorgeous. The staff is really nice. The entire menu is vegan and they have good gluten-free options."
