If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy business, don't come here. Dr. Jones is the worst dentist I have ever encountered. He's lied to me multiple times about how many cavities I had. First he told me I had 11, then the next time I came in, he said I had 7, then the next appointment he said I had 3, and they needed to be done right away. I obliged, then when they were doing the 3 fillings, he did a 4th one, because he happened to find it" in the middle of the procedure.The office has also illegally refused (to this day)

Don’t waste your time!!!! I had a tooth break and needed an emergency visit they were zero helpful and unwilling to accommodate me. I called at 8am when they opened. I asked if they could provide me with the on call dentist’s phone number they didn’t know who was on call and passed the buck by telling me to call the hospital. She then wished me luck and laughed as she was hanging up the phone. This is ethically irresponsible and I’m so sorry my pain and suffering might have set you back a few minutes on your busy day. My daughter has been a patient here for a few years and I’ll be taking her elsewhere. I’ve been using the same dentist for 14 years In London for a reason and after todays disappointing interaction I definitely won’t be switching. Thankfully the next office I called actually knew who the on call dentist was they were kind, understanding and compassionate about my situation. The response from them noted below is false and a misleading attempt to cover themselves!

The dentists and staff here are professional and efficient yet friendly and down to earth. I've had my fair share of dental work done at this practice and have always been satisfied with their punctuality and the quality of their work. The dentists all have a great sense of humor!...totally makes you forget that there's a 5 inch needle in your mouth.

I feel really good about this dental office. I was nervous about finding a new place but so far have nothing but good things to say! Dr. Santosh is an excellent and trustworthy dentist.

My husband had a very great experience in this dental clinic. It was Dr. Santosh who took care of him. Kudos to this wonderful man who extended an extra mile to help him due to his condition. God bless you!!!

Best customer service. Very professional and friendly staff. Had an emergency procedure done and was accommodated very well. Very clean and beautiful waiting area’s. Service provided on time as requested.Great experience, definitely worth the travel.

Today was my first time going to Broadway Family Dental. It was my best experience at a dental office. I was extremely nervous but the dental hygienist were very patient, kind, and gentle. They were fantastic. Dr. Santosh did a wonderful job explaining and made me feel very comfortable. They all made me feel very good about my teeth and I left with a smile.

Dr. Jones has been our family dentist for almost 20 years, and we could not be more satisfied. Visiting a dentist’s office can be intimidating for children but Dr. Jones is always friendly and makes our daughters feel at ease. He also takes the time necessary to explain everything in terms my wife and I understand, and I am always confident in his recommendations. All of our experiences have been very positive and I would have no hesitation highly recommending Dr. Jones to anyone who wants a caring and competent dentist.

Always super clean & a nice environment. Been going here since it opened and had nothing but good experiences. You can tell the dr.s love doing what they do, they're always extremely helpful and kind, never had any of them be condescending about my teeth situation.
