Costco Pharmacy

Staff is incompetent.Won’t refill your pills after a week, even tho you’re dangerously low.Don’t risk it if you depend on your meds.

I just switched from Walmart as I was told Costco was cheaper. Some times you get what you pay for. We have had to call back several times just to put in our prescription as we have been hung up on several different times calling in just trying to get a live person. When they answer they are unpleasant to say the least and every time we go there is a long line long wait. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for text when ready because they couldn't give me any estimated time of when the prescription would be ready. Its not a mixing prescription just pill count and put a label on it and I was not in any rush... 5-10 hours would be good but they couldn't say. I'm not sure if the text option works as a man ahead of me one day got the text, waited in a long line and when he got to the counter they said they didn't send the text and the prescription was not ready and that was all he went there for. I've lasted about 2 months but I am switching back, maybe I got to use to good service but I cant continue here.

Used this pharmacy since it opened, but would no longer recommend. Did have decent service at a reasonable price. Was understanding of some issues related to Covid, but the service has gotten terrible. Difficult to get through on phone, lost prescriptions, lied to by staff, and general lack of caring and professionalism.

I was quite surprised when I called for information today, we have been Costco members for over a decade but have never made use of their pharmacy. Our current pharmacy waives the co-pay on all of our prescriptions but apparently Costco pharmacy does not. Apparently having a Costco membership doesn’t come with any perks when it comes to filling prescriptions. If your family owned pharmacy is kind enough to waive the co-pay, stay with them.

Was informed twice (once from pharmacy automated message, once from the pharmacist while on the phone) that we can go straight to the pharmacy without waiting in line since we're there only for the prescription pickup. However, when we get to the entrance the workers there have us to wait in the line. It's very unpleasant when especially my toddler was accompanied.Make all employees informed about your policy!!!!

I've been using the pharmacy for the past 8 years now. What wonderful service. Yes line ups are long but its costco so come on. Plus they have lowest dispensing fee. The workers are all friendly, and efficient. Gail, in particular is amazing also able to answer questions and has great knowledge. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Front staff is needlessly rude. They always have a long line and limited staff to serve. Waited for over an hour to receive a scheduled covid vaccine because they don't check times and took other people with later times first.

I have to agree with a previous poster.Gail is wonderful.Lines are sometimes there sometimes not, just like say Shoppers Drug Mart, but cheaper disp. fees.

Really friendly service. Got lucky and didn't have to wait.

I was having a very stressful experience being unable to get needed medication from another pharmacy, who had my prescription and refused to answer their phone (and when I tried to go there in person, I was told to come back in a couple days. This happened twice in a row).Frustrated and anxious, I called this Costco, and explained my situation. Despite them not having my prescription (and not being able to get it from the other phramacy either, since the other pharmacy was not answering their phone), the staff took a lot of time out of their busy day to do everything in their power to find a way to get me my medication on time.The only reason I switched to a different phramacy is because I moved to Toronto. I used this pharmacy regularly in the past, and this is now the second time the staff went above and beyond for me in such a way. So I wanted to leave a review to say thank you.
