Prism Glass 20/20

Great pricing and fantastic customer service! I had my windshield replaced, and when they had the wrong glass sent to them, Chris went over and above to get things done for me as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this business!

Best glass shop in Grande Prairie. Installed a large window in my house did an excellent job. I highly recommend this business for your glass needs. They do auto glass as well as custom glass.

You want to be treated like family. This is the place. Rick brought me home while my truck was getting a windshield and picked me up afterwards. Not to mention swung me a great deal. I know where im going for glass from now on.

I was very impressed with the politeness when it came to customer service. That being said I would strongly recommend shopping around before making a final decision to use Prism. Their prices are over $200.00 more than every where else I have looked.

I want to give a big shout out to the guys at Prism Glass! I called in the morning for a shower door repair and they had someone at my house that afternoon. Very fast, responsive, effective and reliable. I was very pleased with Prism Glass now and in the past as I have been using their services for years now! Keep up the good work guys!

Paid for a glass and installation over a month ago. They haven't installed anything yet but have been paid for it already. My appointment keeps getting canceled. If you aren't planning on installation then refund me!! Now it's a scam as far as I'm concerned....

Absolutely Terrible customer service. I do not advise anyone to use Prism Glass. I purchased a custom shower package. Upon installing the shower, I realized that I was not given all the parts to install it properly and the glass door was not cut the correct size. The owner of Prism Glass told me all of this is my problem. He said he does not sell shower packages for do-it-your-self projects. But one of his employees did sell the package for me to install myself. The owner was not willing to do anything about the door that their supplier cut the wrong size. He repeatedly said it was my problem. He did give me the missing parts in the end but there were several phone calls and a visit to his shop to get what I needed. In order to get the shower installed properly, I will have to buy some additional parts to accommodate for the door being cut the wrong size. I would never treat any of my customers this way and for that reason I do not recommend Prism Glass.

Had an insurance windshield installed today. First time using this glass shop and was very happy with it. In and out in a timely manner too. They were short staffed too and you wouldnt have known it by there service .
