Mad Dog's Vinyl Cafe

Mad Dogs is a blast to the past! An unbelieveable assortment of throwback vinyls and newspapers. The owner is very friendly and the latte was good too! Its definitely worth checking out in Collingwood.

We were too late to get any coffee, but the selection of music is great. My son loved getting to comb through and find some new vinyls for his collection.

Interesting place with retro interior and vinyl collections. but do not drink coffee here if you are a coffee lover. sorry but I have to say that it's more like convenient store selling coffee..

I came here for the records, but really loved the coffee. It's a great place to find old 80s collectibles, but the records are a bit on the high side. (But this vinyl kick was never cheap, right?)If you love coffee and vinyl (and older 70s - 80s stuff) you gotta come here. Lunch boxes? Check. Older Walkman? Check coffee and vinyl? Double check!

What a unique experience! Grab a good coffee while you check out hard-to-find vinyl, movie/concert posters, and things that brought me back to my younger days! They even had oat and almond milk options for my fancy pants latte:).

Went for the vinyl, they have a good selection. Not a huge selection, but I did find what I was looking for, and more. Lots of other goodies too other than vinyl. I'll give it 4 stars for now, and 1 more when I try the coffee, next time... but only if it's a good cuppa joe. The people sitting outside seemed to be enjoying themselves on the patio as well, I should have asked how it was at the time, LOL.

It will also reignite my own youthful hobby, sparking nostalgia and opening doors to a new hobby for my children to explore alongside me.

If you are a music lover and/or collector and are in Collingwood you have to stop in here! Hands down one of the best vinyl shops for overall selection and cool stuff. Looking for a rare gem that you can't find? There's a good chance Mad Dogs has it. Wicked vibe and they have pretty damn good coffee to boot. I'll definitely be back next time I visit the area.

Amazing coffee and even better chai lattes! The vibe is awesome, it’s one of my favourite places to pop by, look around and grab a iced chai latte great selection of music to grab a record or two. If they don’t have an album you’re looking for they can usually order it in for you. The staff are always helpful and courteous. Lots of attire and other cool things, even mad dogs swag!!

If you’re looking to add to your record collection or even start new you need to pop in!! Murray has a great connection to his customers. He helped walk me through their collection and shared some great recommendations as well. I had an absolute blast and felt like a kid in a candy store. They have a great selection and wonderful energy at this spot!
