Lady who “helped” my sister spoke in a very rude and condescending voice, unfriendly and very impatient with us. Seen her a couple times and always looking miserable and not wanting to be helpful.

Friendly staff. Just really wish they would be open on Saturdays. Lots of people I know and myself work 7am to 6pm or later during the week. I'm only able to check my mail every couple of weeks when I get off early on Friday.

The ladies here have always been happy and helpful! I drop off multiple packages at a time and they always engage in conversation while scanning the boxes. Goes a long way!

Easily one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. After calling my local Canada Post Office and checking the Canada Post website I found that the parcel I was tracking was at their facility but the lady was convinced it wasn't; refusing to even check the tracking. I am sickened by the tone in which I was treated and hope no one has to ever go through what I did with this lady.
