Worst service ever. I called at 8:08pm asked if they were busy and still accepting patients. The lady on the phone said they weren’t busy at all and accepting patients. I arrived there 8:22pm; Doors were locked and they stopped answering the phones. The clinic doesn’t close till 10pm. This wasn’t just only once this happened to me but 3 times. If you’re going to be an after hours clinic, please be an after hours clinic.

Overall good experience! Went early to be there before registration. Got in promptly and was actually seen by the doctor before they were even suppose to open.

This place should be used only as a desperate last resort if your doctor cannot get you in and the community care clinic is closed. The staff are rude, and wait times are often hours long when better options are not open. I would recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.

Is this place ever open? Every time I go they're closed. In response to the comment below, yes I am aware of your location. Thursday October 10th you were closed for a meeting. Thursday October 17th, closed sign on door.

I went there. Door is closed for walk in patients. If they are authorized for walk in then they should follow their responsibility

Been here many times before and it's usually pretty good. I get in & out just as fast or faster than if I had an appointment with my own doctor. I know sometimes they get busy and stop accepting patients past a certain time so if they've been open for awhile it's a good idea to call and check how busy they are. We just called to see how busy they were and told them we had to drive from Thickwood. We were told there was only 6 people waiting to see the doctor that was around 7:30pm so that's pretty good right? I mean they're open until 10pm....... So we drove all the way down there only to find them closed up with the doors locked. Gee do you think maybe you might have mentioned you were about to close far sooner then your posted hours say? It was made very clear why we were calling and where we were coming from. Even if we were downtown what did you think we'd show up 2 minutes later? On top of that with 6 people ahead of us and a half hour until you closed, you really think we would have even seen the doctor? Absolutely unacceptable service this time, would be one star if based on tonight.

wow! How come it’s closed at 6:45 pm when it’s suppose to be open till 8:00 pm on Saturday. I have seen couple of patient came to visit doctor and door is closed. I have called 2-3 times no reply from the reception.

This office is stating online that they are excepting new patients and then when you call to make an appointment, they say they are NOT excepting any new patients!! My mother is 80yrs old and her InRis all over the place, she handicapped and she's puking her food up all the time. She needs 1 doctor to know her system and not a walk in clinic and seeing whose ever on there. Different Dr, everytime!
