Bike Bros.

Over the past couple years we have bought 4 bikes from here, one for each of us, and we have had the greatest experience each time! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to humour my kids. They’ve always had what we want in stock, and even in my kids preferred colour choices and with their picky requirements! Happy to support a great local business!

I emailed an inquiry. Bike Bros responded quickly the next day (soon after opening). They had the parts I needed And provided them promptly and at an excellent price. Great service and I like to shop local.

We had our bikes serviced at the end of the season, in preparation for the spring season. They were both done the day we brought them in, the staff were very informative about the service expected and also about what was done with the bikes when we came to pick them up. The quality of work done was excellent, the cost was very reasonable and within the quoted amount. We are very happy with Bike Bros and their staff.

Needed a tune up and had a dropper put in! Awesome service, I never feel like I’m nickled and dimed when I leave.

3rd bike this year off Ben. He's a guy who truly cares about a customer. Kids bike or adult, just a great experience! Thanks Ben our little guy is ripping it! Bike Bros is the best in town!

Brought two of my bikes for a tuneup at Bike Bros. last week and I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received. Knowledgeable, kind and friendly staff and affordable tuneup. It’s a one stop shop. They have pretty much everything you need on site. I highly recommend this shop to those looking to have their bike serviced.Thanks to Matt who did my check in and Philip who did the work, and the lovely front desk lady who’s name I unfortunately don’t remember.

Great staff, great service! Just bought a new bike here and they spent the time to answer all my questions from picking out the right bike and setting it up, to maintenance and repair and never felt rushed. I recommend these guys! Go check them out and buy a bike. I mean who doesn’t like to buy a new bike. Haha

I recently decided to upgrade my ride and was in and out of Bike Bros about 8 times trying different bikes and doing pros and cons. Ben was super patient, he answered all my questions, and he helped me test out my final selections. Once I found the perfect bike, he was also awesome about helping me get a new cassette and rotors that were compatible with my cudtom wheel set. Bike Bros for everything set-up for me and ready to roll very quickly. I'm loving my bike! We also bought my wife's E-bike from Bike Bros and she's super happy too. It was a really fun experience. There was no pressure to chose a bike which was nice. Ben really let me take my time deciding and he was really helpful answering my thousands of questions. I'd buy from Bike Bros again just for the service quality! 100% recommended their team.
