2 day delivery turned to 8. Asked for tracking number or contact info of actual carrier, but was only provide a name. Leigh Adams told me that she could not get in contact with anyone there, but once I did a Google search to get the carriers info, took less than 60 seconds to talk to someone and get a tracking number. Do not recommend, very slow response time with no answers. Kim tried to be helpful, but my package was being handled by Leigh Adams, and she was horrible.
