Great place for a get together if invited by a resident.

Love this lake! Fun playgrounds, lots of beach area, and lots of great options for enjoying tube with others

Today Sunday July 29th, we were proud and thankful to be a member of Sundance lake community. We had excellent service at the gate. Our Covenant Church came together for a summer lunch and the whole group at the gate including the maintenance guy was very professional, helpful and friendly with all our guests. Two of our guests are disabled, and it was beautiful to watch the three young men handling situations with grace and care. Well done you employees. Very impressive. Thank you. Alta Grobbelaar

If you ignore the screaming kids (which is a given on a beach of any kind), this is a really nice spot to sit and chat and just enjoy the sun and sand. They have some places for activities, a lovely waterfall, and a place to buy some cold summer snacks. We have a membership and use the canoes as a chance to look at all the amazing real estate around the lake. It's a really nice summer spot.

The most gorgeous lake in the city, hands down. Very jealous of the members of Sundance Community who get regular access!

I love this lake! I’ve been here many times with friends and it’s always a great experience! It’s large with lots of green space, sand, and sports areas for soccer and volleyball. The water is clean and refreshing!

I have experienced many difficulties with a particular staff member, Terry. She is unnecessarily strict with the rules and hard to talk to from a customer standpoint. Her customer service skills are atrocious, and she would be much better fit for a position fending off Canadian geese. I would also like to complain about the zamboni use on the route around the lake. At one point the lake would use a light-weight tractor to wet the lake before it was thick enough for zambonis, but the tractor broke and the lake staff have not felt the need to replace it. At this rate (at the time of writing this the lake has still not been cleared properly) we may only be able to skate laps by the end of January, similar to last year, which only allowed for three weeks of ice time. Other community lakes, such as lake chaparral, have been open weeks earlier than us every year. So to conclude, I would like to see the tractor brought back and Terry to receive some customer training. Thank you for reading my review (:
