Placed a down payment a while back but the team has gone silent and will not return phone calls or emails. Completion is estimated 2023 but have not seen any development

Very rich soil, lots of nutrients for animals, pets and a solar panel... very good area for building a nice beach or a helicopter padThe fence is very strong and can be overcomed by using the proper key or asking someone to open it for youGateway living is like going to a party and coming back home satisfied but hungryI will pass by again very soon.. keep up the movement to progress

Company is not replying to my Realtor's emails and calls.As one of the people who has already placed a down payment, the team should respond to our realtor.Regardless of being sold out and even if we weren't the ones who put in money for this development, a response is still expected.

Booked it back in 2021 but construction didn’t start yet, no one is responding.Developer should get back and at least let us know if project got suspended.
