worst tim's i've ever been to. Always waiting 5+ mins even if it's a drink and donut. always have at least one item in my order that's completely wrong. they never have hashbrowns during the morning and instead of telling me they put 2x the egg in my wrap.. absolutely nasty. do not take my money if you can't give me what i ordered or offer a discount. i don't blame the staff, they need better management/ training.

How is the coffee here so bad? Tim Hortons is known for its coffee. This is embarrassing. If you see my review, drive 2 mins up the road towards Abbotsford and get coffee at that location. It's 10x better. This tastes like boiled water with cream. Not even a hint of coffee. Clean your machines out or hire new staff, because one of those two things is messing up your coffee.

If I could rate this Tim Hortons a 0 star, I would. I ordered a large chili today from this location & was handed a 3 piece of bread with it. When I politely asked why I didn't get the normal full size piece of bread that usually accompanies a LARGE chili

Awful hit and miss service where if you are waiting to make an order good luck they can care less unless you in drive-thru. Go here often enough to know if there is 2 people or more in line its a waste of time stopping. These guys need to learn how to deal with in orders and drive through in a professional manner.

Store needed a cleaning. Little things on floor and tables. I can see if they were busy but one other couple in store. Unacceptable.And too top it off we order the new salad bowl and they didn't have the right ingredients. Off day I guess.

Doesn't offer everything on the menu, like roasted chicken instead of crispy but the food was good.More attention could be paid to special order drinks. I always order half French vanilla, half double double and they get it right 50% of the time.

I ordered roast beef with crispy onion sandwich and iced cap with a espresso shot, and after waiting so long, they gave a totally burned bread sandwich with an iced cap that had no espresso in it. When I told them, after waiting sooo long again they said oh we gonna give it to you on the side

I'm surprised no one is complaining about the coffee here. It tastes watered down. Every time i get a regular coffee (1 cream, 1 sugar) it tastes like boiled cream. One day i decided to get my coffee black to see if it was any different, and sure enough the coffee itself is very watery. And to be clear, this isn't a one off experience. I get a coffee from here everyday. The employees aren't even trained to make a pot of coffee here. There is next to no quality control when it comes to the coffee at this location. I've been here in the morning, the evening and during after hour and the coffee tastes watered down 9 out of 10 times. It's consistently terrible.

I am so incredibly disappointed with the service here. Almost every time I have ordered here they have gotten something wrong. On top of that either their espresso machine or scanner is down. There is a complete lack of any organization between the team members and the service is so slow. I don’t understand why they can’t seem to get things right? I’d go to any other Tim Hortons but this is the closest one to my house and sometimes I don’t have time/want to make coffee at home. I really wish they could figure things out.
