Buyer beware. This store sells many products and has many packaged items on the shelves. I bought some muffler repair tape after being shown the product by one of the staff. When I went to install it the instructions did not match the product at all. The package said reinforced muffler tape with epoxy resin but the product was just tin foil tape. I installed anyway since I now had it at home, it lasted about 2 minutes before a hole blew through it.I went back to the store and asked why the product on the package wasn’t the same as the product inside but they had no idea. All the other packs of “red” resin coated reinforced muffler tape in the store also only contained tin foil tape.Anyway the short of it was that they wouldn’t refund my money even thought the product was nothing close to what it said on the package.So be very careful what you buy at this store.They have lost me as a customer over refusing to make right over just a $5 product, most likely what you buy will put a lot more at risk.Funny that a store will have a policy of “no refund without a receipt” but they don’t have a policy to ensure that the products in a package are what the package says it is.Too bad since we all like to support local until they start to treat you like you have no other options.Hello Amazon. Also can’t wait for the border to reopen again so I can shop where real customer service exists.Goodbye Lordco.

Not sure why these folks have three different prices to quote on the same item. I think everyone should get the best possible price available. And sadly there are many more fair priced places.

Stores nice and organized but I hate being bothered as soon as I walk threw the door. I thank a person for the greeting but in a store like this people already have an idea as to what they are looking for. But to feel like I'm being rushed is not a good one

They didn't have the part I needed, but they gave me a good suggestion for where to find it.

exelant service, helpful knolagable parts staff. but if you need a specific part asap to do repairs on your vehicle. good luck finishing the job in less than a week,they rarely have stock on alot of common things that a big city lordco chain would be in stock ir get ordered and arrive in the same day. in Grand Forks nothing happens quickly. has taken as long as 5 days for them to bring in something as simple as a sway bar bushing or link. but that's small towns for ya. great bunch of guys though very helpful.

Very disappointed with lordco..been using them for years went in to get some tremclad or something comparable shelf price was 74 and change minus 30% makes it reasonable looked at my bill when I got home..100$ for the paint minus the discount 70$first time I've noticed this

Had to make a quick stop to get a new wiper blade while traveling at night in the winter. When one of the ladies saw we were struggling with getting it on my she came out and got the job done for me.

They were extremely efficient, polite and did a great job selling me what I needed to get back on the road. They are VERY expensive. That said, if u need to have your vehicle running - Lordco is the place in Grand Forks to shop.

Very friendly helpful staff. They have been known to go above and beyond to help me out even with products they don't typically carry and outsource them for me so can everything I need all under one roof. The personalized service is far better than online competitors.
