Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
We have never been here before and I am so happy to have been able to go with the kids! Trampolines everywhere with obstacles to climb, rock wall, dodge balls to play with on the Trampolines, so much fun! There was a place to get food but we ended up grabbing from a fast food restaurant. The kids ran everywhere wanting to do everything. They weren't tall enough for half the things but enjoyed the Trampolines and slides. Staff told us only one child per square trampoline so keeping them not together was difficult as their both toddlers and are best friends. That was a bummer. But we had a lot of fun and I am definitely bringing them back. They slept like rocks that night

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
We rented a party room upstairs for our little dude. 10 kids, a few parents, hostess to work room. She (hostess) was so nice and took care of everything. Kids had a blast. The facility’s clean, lots of staff. Kids say pizza was super great, I thought the “slushy” drink was great.All in all I would recommend this for your child and friends again and again.

Great experience for kids and adults alike. It's great exercise and it's fun! The food isn't even as expensive as a theater and the price per person for admission isn't that bad either. Would definitely go again.

My 9 year old daughter loved this place!! Lots to do! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for the kids to burn some energy!

Kids had so much fun! Something very different, and so many different activities in one place. Kids would spend hours and hours there. Staff was very helpful and super friendly.I would have like to see an area for small kids (maybe 4 and under). There was an area but big kids were playing there, so not sure if it was for small kids only.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
Went to urban air with my kiddos (son 6, daughter 11, and her friend 11) they were having fun but unfortunately my son got hurt badly, not one of the staffs came to help or offered to get an ice pack. I sat my son down at the black chairs n went to ask the girl at the counter for a water bottle n ice pack, I could see my son from where I was standing 3 employees walk past him (he’s 6) crying holding his leg and not one asked him if he needed help. I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve had my kids bdays there for years clearly won’t be giving them as much business anymore. I ended up taking my son to the hospital n he broke his growth plate in his ankle! In a full leg cast! Can’t walk! Just wished someone would have showed some care.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
Went to Urban Air with my kids (6 and 4) and my friend and her kids (3 and 6). Unfortunately our super fun day ended with a sprained ankle. The staff was AMAZING! Helping us with ice packs and keeping the kids entertained while we dealt with everything we needed to deal with. It was a comfort knowing the kids were in great hands. The big boss came to check in on us. All of the staff was super amazing and helpful I am so thankful for them! We will definitely be returning.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park
I had a birthday party at urban air in one of the private party rooms and it was amazing. The host Mel was amazing and if we had any questions she would help. The only problem I had was with the staff watching over everybody. Two specifically seemed like they didn't want to be there and hated kids. While I was there me and my one other friend went to one of the courses and other teenagers came in swearing at eachother and us. We went to the employee and told her that they were using inappropriate language and was horrible considering there were young kids all around the park. She kinda brushed it off and did not even acknowledge us. Therefor that is why I left a 3 star review
